1. Introduction

Welcome to Stellar Moments. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stellar Moments web application (the "Service"), operated by:

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms are governed by and comply with Greek law, European Union law — including but not limited to Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights), Directive 2000/31/EC (e-Commerce), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — and all other applicable legislation.

2. Description of the Service

Stellar Moments is a web-based event planning platform designed primarily for weddings and other social events. The Service provides tools for:

• Managing guest/invitee lists
• Sending RSVP invitations via email
• Sending a one-time wishes email to couple accounts the day before their event
• Tracking RSVP responses
• Designing interactive floor plans and seating arrangements
• Collaborating with others on event planning
• Auto-assign and AI-assisted seating optimization
• Importing and exporting guest data (CSV and Excel)
• Publishing a public guest website with schedule, updates, and RSVP portal
• Generating printable PDFs for weddings (table cards, escort cards, guest lists, and related materials via Print Center)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using your email address and password, or through Google OAuth.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes:

• 1 event
• Up to 50 invitees per event
• Basic floor plan features
• RSVP tracking

4.2 Couple Pro (One-Time)

Couples planning a single wedding may purchase Couple Pro as a one-time payment (€9.99). Couple Pro includes all Free plan features plus Pro features for one wedding event:

• 1 wedding event (lifetime access for that event)
• Unlimited invitees
• Advanced floor plan features
• Auto-assign seating algorithm
• CSV and Excel import and export
• Floor plan export to PNG
• Print Center PDF templates (table cards, escort cards, guest lists, and related printables)
• Public guest website with schedule, updates, and RSVP portal
• Collaboration features (up to 5 collaborators per event)
• RSVP email invitations
• Priority support

4.3 Planner Pro (Subscription)

Wedding planners may subscribe to Planner Pro at €29.99/month or €299.99/year, with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. Planner Pro includes Pro features across unlimited client events. Free planner accounts may create one event before subscribing.

4.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing Couple Pro or subscribing to Planner Pro, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes as required by Greek and EU law.

4.5 Billing and Renewal

Planner Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Couple Pro is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

4.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscription page in the Service. Upon cancellation:

• Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
• You will retain access to your data, subject to Free plan limitations

4.7 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 3e of Greek Law 2251/1994 (as harmonized with EU Directive 2011/83/EU), if you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, by using the Service immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the digital content delivery begins immediately and you thereby waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 3θ, paragraph 13 of Greek Law 2251/1994.

4.7 Refunds

Except as required by applicable law or as provided in Section 4.6, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us via our Contact Form.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the Service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems or networks
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Not use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Ensure that any invitee data you input has been collected lawfully and that you have the right to share it with us (see our Privacy Policy)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR and Greek data protection law
• If you enable guest photo uploads, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect those pictures and for deleting any picture you do not have the right to keep

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, logos, text, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is owned by Christos Sotirelis Ioannis and is protected by intellectual property laws of Greece, the European Union, and international conventions.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to or create through the Service (such as event details, invitee data, floor plans, and guest photographs). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service's Content without our prior written consent.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any significant changes that affect your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including Articles 334 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code and EU Directive 1999/44/EC:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Greek or EU law.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Service. Upon deletion:

• All your personal data, events, and invitee data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Any active subscription will be canceled (no refund for the remaining period)
• This action is irreversible

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that could harm us or other users. We will provide reasonable notice before doing so, unless immediate action is required.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christos Sotirelis Ioannis from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including the rights of the invitees whose data you input into the Service.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government orders, internet outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or other events that qualify as force majeure under Article 256 of the Greek Civil Code.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece) and applicable European Union law.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us via our Contact Form to seek an amicable resolution.

For consumers within the EU, you also have the right to submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under your local law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable or invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
